Job Summary:

CBS under BPSDOP is looking for a freelance Communication Training Specialist to develop and deliver targeted communication training for staff. This includes modules on effective communication public speaking conflict resolution and crisis response communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and facilitate interactive communication training sessions (virtual or in-person).
Customize content based on team needs and public safety protocols.
Provide post-training support and evaluation tools.
Submit brief reports on training outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in communication training (10 years).
Strong facilitation skills and engaging presentation style.
Background in public safety government or related sectors is a plus.
Available for short-term engagements and flexible scheduling.
