About the Company
The company is part of a diversified Icelandic investment platform active across private equity infrastructure and sustainable asset classes.
Its real estate division focuses on acquisition development and value creation in commercial industrial and mixed-use properties across Europe.
By combining financial expertise project management capability and long-term capital the company identifies and develops high-potential real estate assets in key regional markets.
Purpose of Role
To identify negotiate and manage real estate transactions and development projects under the companys real estate platform.
The Real Estate Dealmaker will originate opportunities structure partnerships and oversee projects from concept to completion contributing directly to the growth and profitability of the real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
Source and close real estate acquisition sale and development opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms with sellers buyers and investors.
Prepare financial models valuation analyses and investment proposals.
Coordinate architects engineers and contractors through planning and execution.
Oversee project timelines budgets and compliance.
Work with financial institutions and investors to secure project financing and structure partnerships.
Track and report project performance ROI and market trends to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number and value of deals sourced and closed
Project ROI / IRR vs. targets
Timeliness and accuracy of project reporting
Client and investor satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business finance real estate or engineering (Masters preferred).
5 years of experience in real estate investment brokerage or development.
Proven deal-closing track record in commercial or mixed-use assets.
Strong understanding of property finance (IRR DCF CAPEX NPV).
Active network of property owners developers institutional investors and agents in key European markets.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
