Job Summary

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Implementation of regional strategy to improve efficiency and quality of the portfolio: freehold and leasehold transactions footprint and cost efficiency projects negotiations.

  • Implementation of tactical solutions to face short-term actions

  • Support the GEA Stake holders in finding the best property solutions in alignment with the GEA portfolio strategy

  • Support the implementation of the GEA Sustainability and Decarbonization Targets in Real Estate

  • Preparation of RE scenarios analysis and summaries to be reported to key stakeholders at executive level

  • Management of the regular lease administration activities supporting the GEA legal entities

  • Update and report relevant data and metrics in the organization in alignment with the VP REE

  • Act in alignment with the VP Real Estate Excellence to achieve the property portfolio targets and KPIs

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Real Estate Administration or Technical background (portfolio management architecture)

  • MRICS/MBA are considered a plus

  • Min 5 years of experience in Real Estate field with focus on Portfolio Management

  • Experience in Real Estate Portfolio Management with negotiations and transactions

  • Good knowledge of Excel Powerpoint Word (AutoCad is considered a welcome plus)

  • independency flexibility proactivity relationship aptitude team working and ability to approach Executives

  • The job requires also availability to travel often across the region (WEMEA&LAM) creating strong relationships with local and global business and operational functions

  • Fluent English speaking and writing with B2 (C1 preferred) level is mandatory.

  • Very good Spanish speaking and writing skills

  • Italian and French are considered a plus.
