Job Summary
As a Sales Coordinator you will have the opportunity to assist the Airport Store Management team as a key management support role ensuring that you create support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store including:
- Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through providing ongoing training coaching support and feedback to the stores team
- Leading and maintaining the agreed merchandising standard
- Contribute to financial performance through inventory management loss prevention and management of controllable expenses
Qualifications :
- You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of computers mobile phones and other electronics
- Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems) and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise
- Be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team and have the ability to work under pressure
