THE ROLE
You will be the face of IQ-EQ creating a warm and professional first impression for every visitor and client. As the first point of contact you will ensure the smooth running of front-of-house operations and deliver a five-star service experience. You will manage visitor access coordinate meeting room arrangements and provide support with administrative and clerical duties. With your friendly disposition and professional presence you will play a key role in representing the companys image and culture.
WHAT YOULL DO
- You manage the front-of-house area ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times
- You oversee meeting room bookings and readiness maintaining cleanliness order and full functionality of AV systems
- You handle all incoming calls facilities relationships deliveries and post efficiently while ensuring excellent service to both internal and external visitors
- You coordinate refreshments catering and visitor access working closely with building management cleaning and security teams
- You uphold meeting room etiquette monitor bookings and proactively resolve any issues that impact client or guest experience

Qualifications :
WHAT YOULL BRING
- You have prior experience in a front-of-house office management or customer-facing role within a professional environment
- You are IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- You demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills with a polished professional presence
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining a high standard of service and presentation
- You bring a proactive attitude flexibility and an understanding of professional business environments or financial services
