Job Summary
ABOUT THE JOB:
In this position youll have the opportunity to: maintain the operation of the door machining center to assure that proper cuts are being made to the doors as they pass through the DMC.
YOUR ROLE:
Key Responsibilities:
Safe work habits Responsible for the machining of doors through the machine center Forklift license Housekeeping in the surrounding area Able to set-up and make adjustments to the equipment during production Able to make modifications to the equipment when changeovers occur Good mechanical aptitude Successfully complete and utilize lockout/tag out training Must follow safety operational and quality guidelines Assisting in job rotations on line as needed Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (3-5 bullet points)
- High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
