Job Summary
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour ($16.95 after 30 days)
- Operation of the packaging machine.
- Monitor all facets of the packaging machine.
- Setting up the machine for production.
- Don proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate with Plant management about any deviations that may occur throughout shift.
- Voice any concerns regarding safety or other production issues.
- Perform Base Level 1 duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to keep up with company standards pertaining to line speeds and product placement.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment for an extended period of time.
- Must be able to work while standing for the entirety of the shift.
- Must be able to work safely and communicate well with others.
