Job Summary
The Business Transformation team is looking for a passionate individual to drive transformative change within our organization. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and think you can make an impact through your work this role may be for you.
As a Business Change Consultant youll be instrumental in developing business change strategies for initiatives of varying scales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute change plans efficiently focusing on people-centric strategies;
Customize communication and training tactics according to project specifics;
Collect feedback to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management;
Support end-users in transitioning to new ways of working;
Design and implement learning techniques to ensure smooth adoption;
Monitor business readiness and adjust strategies accordingly;
Flag issues that need to be addressed as per the change impact assessment;
Contribute to post-implementation reviews and reporting;
Get involved into AI-driven initiatives to increase adoption capture business benefits and customize change interventions for higher engagement and measurable impact.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Change Management or Transformation;
Ability to work independently to develop and execute change plans;
Deep understanding of business dynamics and technology interdependencies;
Excellent communication and influencing skills;
Bachelors degree and relevant professional qualifications in business change management;
Fluent English speaker C1/C2 level.
