Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking an Real estate to Business (R2B) solution expert covering knowledge in SAP RE-FX (Real estate or SAP-PS (Project Systems) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in SAP real estate or project systems demonstrating a proven track record in implementing and supporting Real estate to Business (R2B) solution across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP RE-FX or PS solutions.
Configure and customize SAP PS modules to align with business needs.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP PS-related issues.
Conduct user training and develop documentation for end-users.
Participate in project planning execution and performance monitoring.
Manage CAPEX and OPEX-related projects including new construction initiatives.
Prepare and record lease-in agreements and execute periodic lease-in activities.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in project master data management.
Develop and manage project networks and budget WBS elements.
Oversee technical and commercial closure processes for projects.
Monitor procurement activities and ensure alignment with project budgets.
Collaborate with SAP FI CO MM and SD teams for seamless integration and reporting.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience :
5 to 10 years of experience in SAP PS module implementation and support.
