Working Student – Human Resources Miltenyi Biomedicine (m|f|d)

Are you passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in global HR projects We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to support our international HR team on a variety of exciting initiatives. This is not your typical day-to-day HR role youll be involved in impactful cross-functional projects that shape our global people strategy.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our HR team you will contribute to several key projects including:

• Global HR Dashboard  Support the development and optimization of a comprehensive dashboard to track key HR metrics across regions.
• Global MBM Awards  Assist in organizing and coordinating our global recognition program celebrating outstanding contributions across the company.
• Collective Agreements  Conduct research and provide support in managing and aligning collective labor agreements for our HQ in Germany.

Qualifications :

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors ideally already in your Masters program ideally in Human Resources Business Administration Business Informatics or a related field.
• You live near Bergisch Gladbach in order to work at our office.
• You have a strong interest in HR topics and project work.
• You are proactive structured and detail-oriented.
• You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• You are confident using MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is a bonus.

Additional Information :

• This position is part-time (15-20 h/week)
