Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality engaging Maths lessons across all key stages challenging students to reach their full potential.
Use creative teaching methods to develop conceptual understanding and mathematical reasoning.
Monitor progress through effective assessment and provide targeted feedback.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages resilience and curiosity.
Support enrichment initiatives such as Maths Olympiads and STEM competitions.
Contribute to departmental planning curriculum design and school-wide initiatives.

About You:

A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
QTS (PGCE or equivalent) and proven teaching experience at KS3KS5.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for helping students develop problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
