Role overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive whos ready to be our first local ambassador in Germany someone who thrives in building from scratch is trusted by clients and excited to turn a high-potential market into a success story.
Beyond the focus on the German market your portfolio will include EU accounts to manage.
Location: Germany or France
Frequent travels required in Germany France and abroad
Tasks
Your mission: build our success in Germany
As our first Sales Executive in the region youll take ownership of the full sales cycle from market activation to closing strategic deals with leading insurers.
You will:
- You will act as the CEO of your territory leading our go-to-market strategy in Germany and leveraging marketing and product functions
- Proactively create and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities with medium to large insurers
- Engage with senior decision-makers (CUOs COOs CFOs Heads of Underwriting) and earn their trust
- Run and close complex B2B SaaS deals that create long-term value
- Build visibility by representing Continuity at local events and leveraging your existing network in the German insurance market
- Collaborate with Customer Success to expand accounts and build strong lasting partnerships
Requirements
What you bring:
A solid track record in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on new business with Enterprise clients
Youve already closed 1MACV deals and know how to navigate complex sales cycles
Youre a strategic hunter: structured data-driven skilled at consultative and challenger selling (experience with MEDDICC Challenger Value-Based Selling is a plus)
Deep knowledge of the German insurance ecosystem or adjacent industries (brokers SaaS for financial services)
A solid experience in territory planning and forecast managment
Native-level German and strong English skills are essential. French is a bonus
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership
Proficiency with tools like Salesforce Notion or similar is appreciated
