Job Summary

Linux Based TCU Development Engineer
Exp:6 Years
Location: Bangalore

Seeking a skilled Linux developer to work on the core software stack of a two-wheeler telematics control unit (TCU). The role involves kernel-level development driver integration and platform porting for connectivity and sensor interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Linux Kernel modules and device drivers for TCU hardware.
Port Linux to custom platforms (e.g. ARM Cortex cores) used in two-wheeler telematics.
Customize and optimize Linux build environments using Yocto BitBake or similar.
Implement system-level programming for peripherals: I2C SPI PWM Timers LCD Display Touch etc.
Integrate and debug connectivity stacks: Wi-Fi Bluetooth/BLE LTE GNSS Ethernet MIPI DSI.
Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for board bring-up and platform stabilization.

Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Linux Kernel development and Linux system programming.
Proficient in C and C.
Experience with Linux build systems (Yocto BitBake).
Hands-on experience in driver development and hardware abstraction layers.
Familiarity with connectivity stacks and sensor integration.
Experience in Linux porting across different platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive or telematics systems.
Familiarity with secure boot OTA updates and system security.
Exposure to CAN UART and other automotive interfaces
