Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned QA Consultant with 10 years of experience in both manual and automation testing . This role demands a hands-on professional who can independently drive quality initiatives across projects build scalable automation frameworks and ensure high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute detailed manual test cases for new features regression and exploratory testing.
Design and maintain scalable automation test suites for UI API and backend services.
Build or enhance automation frameworks using Selenium Cypress TestNG Appium or similar tools.
Conduct API testing using Postman RestAssured or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers DevOps and product teams in Agile sprints.
Log track and manage bugs using tools like Jira and ensure timely resolution.
Perform database validation and integration testing.
Generate detailed test reports coverage metrics and documentation.
Continuously optimize test strategies and automation pipelines in CI/CD environments.
Required Skills and amp; Experience:
10 years in QA roles with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
Proficient in writing automation scripts using Java Python or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium Cypress Appium.
Experience with API testing database testing and integration testing.
Familiarity with Jenkins Git and CI/CD best practices.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration and reporting.
Nice to Have:
Experience in cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.
Knowledge of performance testing (e.g. JMeter) and security testing.
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Prior remote consulting experience or working with distributed teams.
