About the Opportunity
Healthcare services Community outpatient & primary care sector. We operate local clinics and health camps focused on accessible primary healthcare across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. This role is ideal for MBBS freshers or early-career doctors seeking a low-commitment on-site clinical engagement in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh.
Role
Visiting Physician (MBBS) - Monthly On-site Clinic (Bilaspur Chhattisgarh). One scheduled visit per month; minimal workload and straightforward clinical duties tailored for freshers and early-career practitioners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct general outpatient consultations during the scheduled monthly visit performing focused history-taking and clinical examinations.
- Diagnose common primary-care conditions and issue clear evidence-based prescriptions and treatment plans.
- Perform basic triage and initiate emergency first-aid or stabilization if required until referral.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the clinics Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or paper charts after each consultation.
- Provide patient education on preventive care medication adherence and follow-up instructions.
- Submit a concise clinical visit report and feedback to the clinic administration after each monthly visit.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBBS degree (eligible and intended in qualifications listed below).
- Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council (State Medical Council/NMC) and ability to practice in India.
- Comfortable conducting primary care outpatient consultations independently.
- Willingness to travel to and be present on-site in Bilaspur for one monthly visit.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain prior to first visit.
- Proficiency or willingness to use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and maintain accurate documentation.
Preferred
- Previous exposure to outpatient clinic workflows or community health camps.
- Training in emergency triage or primary care protocols.
- Familiarity with local language(s) and community health practices in Chhattisgarh.
