Job Summary

This role to start 14 July for an initial period of 4 weeks extendable to long term.

Objectives: Create a comprehensive investment deck for a potential merger of few banks.

Location: Hybrid. ( 10 days client site rest at home).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (minimum 15 years) in banking consultancy financial services strategy mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment banking.
  • Proven track record leading complex banking projects ideally in emerging markets or regions undergoing significant economic transition.
  • Deep expertise in financial modelling valuation techniques due diligence processes and strategic business case development.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations compliance corporate governance and operational frameworks within the financial sector.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities and excellent communication skills adept at influencing senior executives and investors.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-impact investor presentations and documentation tailored for sophisticated financial and investment audiences.
