Heres what youll be doing:
Program Coordination:
- Oversee daily operations of the Music Intern Accelerator Program.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings workshops and training sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments for a comprehensive learning experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact offering guidance and support.
- Monitor intern progress providing constructive feedback and career advice.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Assign and oversee marketing projects aligned with program goals.
- Review and approve marketing materials developed by interns.
- Ensure timely and effective project completion.
- Track intern performance providing regular reports to management.
- Evaluate program effectiveness suggesting improvements.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new interns.
Here are the skills youll need:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Music Business or a related field (Preferred).
- 1-2 years of marketing experience preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing techniques and digital tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry landscape.
