Job Summary

The Business Management Associate will support strategic and operational initiatives across the organisation. This role involves analyzing business performance managing projects and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytical and skilled in stakeholder management.

Business Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
Project & Program Management
- Assist in planning coordinating and executing business projects.
- Track progress manage timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Financial & Budget Oversight
- Support budgeting forecasting and expense tracking processes.
- Provide insights to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend enhancements.
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field.
13 years of experience in business management operations or consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Knowledge of financial modeling and business strategy.
