Role Overview

We are looking for a Data and AI Specialist to help shape and deliver data-driven strategies that support business growth and innovation. Working closely with the lead strategist you will analyze datasets build predictive models and apply AI techniques to uncover insights that guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and coding skills (Python preferred) a solid understanding of AI and machine learning and enjoys solving complex problems through data. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects collaborate with a strategic team and apply your technical expertise to meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Model Development

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  
• Develop test and refine predictive and analytical models to support business strategy.
  
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all modeling and analysis efforts.
  

AI & Machine Learning Implementation

• Apply AI and ML techniques to improve predictive processes and optimize performance.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions into business operations.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools in data science and AI.
  

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the strategy team to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
  
• Communicate analytical findings in a clear and practical way to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Prepare reports dashboards or visualizations to track performance and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field.
  
• Proven experience in data analysis AI or machine learning roles.
  
• Strong programming skills preferably in Python (R SQL or similar languages also an advantage).
  
• Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
