- Leading and executing new fund launches from operational perspective
- Overseeing investor due diligence processes and maintaining key relationships
- Managing operational risk and compliance frameworks
- Developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives
- Collaborating with service providers and maintaining critical business partnerships
- Ensuring operational excellence across all business functions
- Proven experience as a Hedge Fund COO particularly in fund launches
- Strong understanding of operational due diligence requirements
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Track record of successful fund launches and operational transformations
- Strategic thinking with exceptional problem-solving abilities
