Part-Time Housekeeper Embassy Suites by Hilton Birmingham

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning & Presentation
• Clean and service guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
• Ensure all rooms are presented to brand standards with attention to detail and consistency
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned to maintain overall room quality
• Conduct room inspections during service to ensure cleanliness functionality and appearance

Linen Amenities & Supplies

• Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
• Stock organize and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
• Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs to leadership

Cleanliness & Safety

• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with hotel procedures
• Follow all safety sanitation and security standards while performing cleaning duties
• Report maintenance issues safety concerns or damaged items promptly

Guest Service & Support

• Respond to special guest requests in a friendly timely and professional manner
• Perform guest turndown service as assigned
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity standards
• Commitment to providing excellent guest service
• Ability to stand walk bend lift and push housekeeping carts throughout the shift
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a Hilton-branded or Embassy Suites hotel
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures
• Experience performing deep cleaning or turndown service
