Responsibilities:
1.了解电商客户要求以及相关产品法规和技术规范熟悉圈品进样及标签审核工作
2.有效并及时回答客户咨询与实验室沟通将测试周期出具报告时间等反馈客户并向客户解读报告等
3.了解客户测试需求与实验室其它部门协作沟通内部报价实验室进样补样跟进测试所需文件等
4.维护客户信息和数据库及时更新系统状态跟进项目进展
5.处理客户投诉事项解决客户诉求提高客户满意度
6.跟进实验室测试后期工作如催款出具发票退样等
7.对客户进行有效的管理和跟踪在现有的和新的市场中拓展新的销售机会开发客户资源拓展市场
8.完成上级领导安排的其它工作

Requirements and qualification:
1.大学本科或以上学历
2.拥有3年以上电商平台客户服务岗位相关工作经验有客户服务意识和一定的风险把控能力
3..具有较强的沟通能力 协调能力 适应能力及情绪管理能力
4.具备独立处理检测过程中突发性的复杂问题能预见潜在问题的能力
5.良好的英语听说读写能力
