About the Role
Cubed by Law Squared is a Microsoft 365 integrated solution that empowering modern legal teams to manage intake matters contracts and legal operations so they can truly be business partners and strategic advisors within their business. We are seeking a Head of Growth to drive market adoption client acquisition and revenue growth for Cubed while contributing to its strategic direction and product roadmap.
This role blends commercial leadership with an understanding of legal technology. The ideal candidate is a sales and growth leader who thrives in market-facing environments with product and legal experience highly favourable. The role is accountable for positioning Cubed as a market leader in legal technology solutions and ensuring the business delivers tangible value to clients and the wider Squared Group.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Sales Leadership
Own and deliver on Cubeds sales and revenue growth targets
Drive sales by leveraging deep client insights and Squared Groups relational partnership-based model focusing on long-term value and trust over transactional wins.
Develop targeted sales strategies lead generation and client conversion
Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across Australia and the UK
Provide the brand engagement team with sales enablement tools (case studies demos prototypes)
Work with Executive team to identify and embed cross collaboration opportunities with the Law Squared team
Positioning & Market Presence
Position Cubed as an innovative leader in legal technology through brand marketing and thought leadership
Lead client and industry pitches at conferences and industry forums
Publish and promote insights align how Cubed is at the forefront of Legal Operations for in-house legal teams
Run workshops and client education sessions to build awareness and adoption
Product & Innovation
Collaborate with Head of Customer Experience and Product teams to inform Cubeds product roadmap
Collaborate with Head of Customer Experience to ensure we are selling and positioning to our ideal customer
Provide client and market feedback to guide product development and ensure market fit
Support the design and delivery of scalable technology-enabled legal solutions
Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement in product development
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute Cubeds growth strategy in alignment with broader Cubed by Law Squared and Group Strategy
Report regularly Executive and Board on progress opportunities and risks
Establish and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and adoption of the product
Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record in sales and business development ideally in professional services SaaS or technology-led businesses
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving growth and revenue outcomes
Deeply client-focused with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored technology solutions.
Skilled at balancing commercial outcomes with long-term client partnerships
Experience in product management or product-led environments highly advantageous
Background in legal technology legal services or professional services preferred
Excellent communication relationship-building and presentation skills
