TheGross to Net (GTN) Organization part of the broaderGlobal Business Operations (GBO) encompasses theChargebacksMembership andMedicaid Rebatesprocess areas. The team manages wholesaler chargeback submissions and processes Medicaid rebate claims to state agencies.
As aSenior Analyst you will lead and execute critical operational and analytical activities within the GTN organization. This includes chargeback processing deduction and dispute resolution and quarterly analytics. You will be expected to proactively identify issues assess their impact and propose effective resolutions. Your role will also involve driving process improvements mentoring team members and managing escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary escalation point for the Membership mailbox supporting junior analysts.
Manage and maintainGPO Membership Rosters including weekly updates and creation of new mapping sets.
Develop update and ensure compliance withWork Instructionsand process documentation.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to testing scenarios related to roster processes.
Resolvee-set errorswithin two business days to maintain data accuracy.
ConductQuarterly Roster Auditsand ensure alignment with compliance standards.
Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies includingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Authorized Signature Limits (ASL) andWork Instructions (WI).
Lead or actively contribute toOrder-to-Cash (O2C)initiatives at both local and global levels.
SupportMIPand cultural initiatives across the site.
Ensure timely completion ofPLI objectives mandatory trainings andWorkday deliverables.
Promote a culture of recognition using corporate tools (e.g.Bravos).
Qualifications
Bachelors degree inBusinessFinance or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of35 years of experienceinFinancedata processing or a similar role.
Fluency inEnglish(oral and written) is required.
Experience in thepharmaceutical industryor withcontractsis preferred.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent time management and ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland other business applications.
Experience withERP systemsis a plus.
Commitment to accuracy and high-quality output.
