We are seeking dedicated people to join our staff supporting our Mission. This position plays a vital role in the care security and enhancing the quality of life and well-being of the people we support.
Minimum Qualifications
One year of the required experience in the following minimum qualification must have been at the supervisory level or above:
Five years of experience in health services behavioral health treatment developmentally disabled services rehabilitation services or special education; OR
Six years of full-time work in any field plus two years of experience in health services behavioral health treatment developmentally disabled services rehabilitation services or special education; OR
A bachelors degree plus two years of experience in health services behavioral health treatment developmentally disabled services rehabilitation services or special education.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Ensure staffing resources are effectively allocated to provide continuous active treatment for individuals served.
Promote a culture focused on improving the quality of life for individuals and supporting them in achieving personal goals.
Participate in facility committees workgroups and meetings to enhance service delivery treatment planning safety and infection control practices.
Conduct regular chart reviews program observations milieu and mealtime observations and audits of Individual Support Folders to ensure quality standards are met.
Oversee and guide subordinate staff in providing meaningful daily activities fostering personal and social growth supporting community involvement and ensuring respectful and fair treatment of individuals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IDT) and coordinate responses to quality assurance audits.
Manage fiscal resources effectively to support timely development and implementation of treatment programs.
Ensure living areas comply with all safety emergency preparedness and infection control policies; conduct audits drills and staff trainings as needed.
Consult with supervisory staff regarding employee performance issues and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support agency operations and enhance the well-being of individuals served.
Position-Specific Details:
Location: Pinecrest Supports and Services Center - Residential Services
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm with Sat/Sun pass days
Appointment Type: This position may be filled by Probation Promotion Demotion Lateral Transfer or Detail to Special Duty. Preference may be given to permanent classified employees of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center.
