JOB SUMMARY:
The Global Leadership Capability & Learning leader defines and builds the leadership capabilities and skills of UDX leaders to support company strategy. Focused on delivering high impact transformative experiences that enable career growth leadership transitions and cultural alignment this leader will be grounded in data will build strong partnerships across the enterprise to ensure development solutions are meaningful measurable and scalable.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver UDX leadership development strategy and tools.
- Create programs that support leader transitions and growth across the lifecycle.
- Enable manager and executive development through scalable solutions.
- Chair UDXs global learning consortium of learning best practices and standards.
- Represent UDX in NBCU partnerships and leadership competency frameworks.
- Evaluate leadership programs using success metrics and feedback data.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure leadership solutions meet evolving business needs.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years in leadership development learning or talent roles.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Experience creating executive learning programs and leadership pipelines.
- Ability to lead governance for large-scale development programs.
- Well-developed business partner skills; able to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders and HR Partners.
- Exceptional influencing skills couple with a deep understanding of the business and talent within.
- Sense of urgency; possesses a collaborative yet relentless approach to process improvement and team management in order to achieve unparalleled results especially around cost execution and service.
- Ability to collaborate with geographically federated HR partners across international territories; experience with the international landscape and awareness of key cultural nuances and legislation.
- Fast learner and decisive leader with a quick mind sound judgment and excellent problem solving / critical thinking skills.
