Location:San Diego CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)
Compensation Range:$150000-$225000 DOE

Were shaping brand stories driving scalable growth and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the worlds biggest retail platform. Were looking for aDirector of Client Services eCommerceto lead our Brand Management Content and Advertising departments.
What Youll Be Doing
- This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services strong people management skills and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction including:
- Department Oversight
- Team Leadership

- Training and Development
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in Amazon services particularly in Brand Management Content and Advertising roles
- Advanced understanding of Amazons platform tools and strategies
- Proven leadership experience including managing multiple departments or large teams
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- Experience in process improvementanddriving operational efficiency
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Youll be based in Symphony Towers one of San Diegos premier office spaces that offers:

$15000 - $225000 a year
Compensation Transparency
Weve listed a broad salary range of $150000-$225000 /year to account for varying levels of experience skill sets and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
