SUBSTITUTE - ON CALL
POSITION:	Production Assistant
TYPE:	On call as needed. These positions offer the opportunity to work weekdays or weekends.
COMPENSATION:	Range 105; Schedule M; Step 1: $ 27.45 Hourly
TYPE OF RECRUITMENT:	This is anOPEN recruitment to establish a list of substitutesfor the classification of Production Assistant (Substitute). No effort will be made to maintain a rank order of the applicants (P.C. Rule 60.100.5).
TESTING PROCEDURE:	Qualified candidates will be referred for oral interviews. Applicants will be notified via email regarding their status. Candidates selected to participate in the oral interview process will receive additional information including the interview date and location once the schedule has been finalized.
DESCRIPTION:	Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology or assigned supervisor to provide assistance work and support of theatrical productions film productions and other district events; serve as a liaison support and assist guidance to the public students and staff to meet their needs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:	Any combination equivalent to education training and experience that could likely provide the required knowledge skills and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge skills and abilities would be: completion of at least two years of college with some exposure or participation in theater and/or film production. Some paid experience in theater or film production is desirable.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:	Possession of a valid California drivers license.
