Based in our North Sydney office this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong lease administration skills & accounts background in this autonomous role. Youll be working alongside a driven and dynamic team on our exciting client portfolio within a fast paced collaborative and supportive environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage payment queries complete outgoings reconciliations and resolve payment disputes.
- Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
- Preparation of monthly rent roll and variation reports
- Validation and calculation of rent reviews
- Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.
- Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent outgoings and other property expenses.
- General liaison with client and suppliers.
Qualifications :
In addition to having a strong client-oriented approach the successful candidate will hold:
- Experience in a similar Administration role within Real Estate is highly desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
- The ability to work independently yet still work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements.
