About the role
Support a diverse range of gatheringsfrom leadership conferences and staff forums tocelebrationsandlaunches .
Managelogisticslike registrations travel accommodation venue setup catering and supplier bookings with precision and flair.
Liaise with dignitaries VIPs and stakeholders to ensure every detail meets expectations.
Assistwithonsitedelivery traveling(locally and interstate)as needed to make sure everything runs smoothly before during and after the event.
Maintain event documentationschedulesand records so everything stays on track.
Partner with the Events & Communications Manager to deliver an exciting annual events calendar.
This role isparttime(3 or 4 days a week) maximum term for 12 monthsandinvolves local and interstatetravelto attend and support successful incumbent willbe requiredto be flexible with workinghours as some eventsare scheduledafterhours.

About You:
Minimum 1 year experience in event administration coordination or a similar support role.
Demonstrated administrative organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High levelof attention to detail and ability toprioritise tasks andmanage deadlines.
Commitment to confidentiality
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and willingness to work with organisational systems and AI-enabled tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to travel and work outside standard business hours to support events.
Alignment withBaptistCaresmission values and Christian identity.
