DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT youll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

We are hiring for multiple locations on the North Side of the Greater Richmond Area.

Role Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable around blood needles and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet- 12 hours
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule required including the ability to work early mornings (starting at 4AM) evenings weekends and holidays.
• Preferred but not required: CNA MA CHT phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before during and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses dietitians social workers and other care team members
