Job Summary

FINANCIAL Specialist COSA CAPEXJob Summary This Financial Specialist position serves as the financial controller for multiple customer and dealer-facing programs and M&S capital investments including: Vehicle division expenses related to telematics electrification and subscription and billing services Vehicle pre-delivery expense requirements and D&H revenue M&S CAPEX requirementsJob Functions Perform month-end close responsibilities including journal entries variance analysis expense reporting consolidation and by-model reporting Prepare COSA budgets & forecasts working cross functionally with M&S Operations Total Customer Satisfaction NissanStore and Connected Services teams Review and approve expenditure requests for CAPEX investments and vendor expenses (Zycus and eDecision systems) Support TdC reporting requirements Prepare D&H Recovery Analysis Lead Telematics Global Chargeback process and reconciliations with NML Coordinate M&S CAPEX process including BP/FCST monthly reporting and WBS element creation Participate in cross functional implementation teams and provide Finance guidance for new revenue streams and services Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as requiredMinimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. MBA preferred. 5 years of related professional experience. Automotive background preferred. Firm understanding of financial concepts related to financial statements and basic accounting principles as well as excellent analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with Hyperion Planning and SAP preferred. Excellent oral and written communication City Mexico
