Onsite Indianapolis Indiana

Position Summary:

Pinnacle Partners a trusted and growing staffing firm in Indianapolis is expanding its team. Were looking for a driven Recruiter who thrives on connecting people with meaningful career opportunities. Youll partner closely with our Account Managers to identify top talent build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional recruiting experiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruiting cycle for contract and direct hire positions.
Source screen and interview professionals across accounting administrative HR and customer service roles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Evaluate candidates knowledge skills and experience based upon open job requisites.
Partner closely with a talented team of Account Managers through the interview stage salary negotiations and final offers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment within the staffing industry.
Proven experience placing in contract and direct hire roles.
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions Indeed or other comparable resources to source quality candidates.
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to build a network.
Experience in staffing for accounting administrative and other related disciplines highly preferred.
Ability to recruit for a wide range of roles and adapt to changing priorities.
