Être stagiaire chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées :

Directement rattaché au Responsable de ligne des travaux restants FAL ATR vous décrochez la possibilité de lancer votre début de carrière et davoir un véritable impact dans un milieu dynamique et en pleine transformation. A ce titre vous aurez les missions principales suivantes:

• Mettre en place au sein du groupe de production une routine de planification hebdomadaire (interface multi-métiers mise en place dun outil pour alignement collectif pilotage de réunion)

• Travailler sur ladéquation charge/capacité sur un horizon court et moyen terme.

• Préparer une vue hebdomadaire consolidée sur lavancement des avions en lien avec ladhérence planning

• Optimiser les temps de réalisation des tâches en travaillant sur la visualisation des travaux restants. (Production/Essais)

• Participer au pilotage du projet Lead Time Reduction

• Mettre en place un fichier de suivi de performance de la sous-traitance

• Contribuer à la mise en place du 5S dans latelier et participer à lélimination des gaspillages industriels.

• Mise en place dune Control Room permettant la visualisation dindicateurs de performance à léchelle de la ligne.

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Vous êtes en 4ième ou 5ième année décole dingénieur ou niveau équivalent.

• Vous maitrisez les outils et fondamentaux de la Gestion de Production et du Lean Management.

• Vous êtes parfaitement à laise avec les outils bureautique et leur langage de programmation (Excel/VBA Google/JavaScript PowerPoint Power BI) vous savez éventuellement utiliser lIA.

• Vous êtes proactif rigoureux autonome et savez communiquer avec différents métiers.

• Vous avez un esprit critique savez challenger lexistant et nhésitez pas à prendre des initiatives.

• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Français une maitrise de langlais et/ou de litalien est un plus.

• Une connaissance SAP/ACPnG est un plus.

Detailed description of the mission:

Reporting directly to the ATR FAL OSW Line Manager you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career and make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. As such your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a weekly planning routine within the production team (cross-functional interface deployment of a collective alignment tool meeting facilitation and follow-up)

• Analyzing workload vs. capacity over short- and medium-term horizons to support operational decision-making.

• Prepare a consolidated weekly overview of aircraft progress ensuring alignment with the production schedule.

• Optimizing task execution times by improving the visualization of remaining work (Production/Testing).

• Contribute to the management of the Lead Time Reduction project.

• Develop and maintain a performance tracking file for subcontracted activities.

• Contributing to the implementation of 5S principles on the shop floor and participating in waste reduction initiatives.

• Setting up a Control Room to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) at the line level.

This internship is designed for you:

• You are currently in your 4th or 5th year of engineering school (or hold an equivalent level of education).

• You have a solid understanding of Production Management and Lean Manufacturing fundamentals and tools.

• You are proficient with office and data tools and their programming languages (Excel/VBA Google/JavaScript PowerPoint Power BI) and ideally you know how to leverage AI-based tools.

• You are proactive rigorous and autonomous with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

• You possess a critical mindset are able to challenge the status quo and are not afraid to take initiative.

• You are fluent in French; proficiency in English and/or Italian would be an asset.

• Familiarity with SAP/ACPnG would be a plus.
