主导公司生产流程的自动化战略推动AI等先进技术的自动化系统的导入最优化通过自动化设备标准化人才培养以及与供应商协作实现生产性和品质的持续提升

• 分析公司自动化需求制定并实施中长期自动化升级计划提升整体生产性和品质
• 管理自动化团队并改善自动化人才培养
• 研究包含AI在内的自动化新技术分析其应用及量产实现的可行性
• 推进自动化设备标准化实现设备的量产安定化
• 与自动化设备供应商协作负责自动化设备的立案评价导入及量产安定化
• 分析生产流程检讨并开发layout最优化方案

Qualifications :

必須要件

1. 教育背景

本科及以上学历

理工科专业电气机械等

2. 工作经验

制造业自动化设备导入及管理经验10年以上

有项目管理经验

有AI处理或预知保全系统实际应用经验

有AMRAMRーARM导入及运用经验

有供应商谈判协调管理经验

有产线自动化提升生产性向上的经验

有设备设计或维护经验者优先

有半导体公司或设备制造公司经验者优先

3. 技能

具备积极的沟通和学习态度

具备半导体封装PKG制程知识者优先

具备IEIndustrial Engineering/IT( Information Technology)知识者优先

掌握CAD设备维护生产工程经营工程知识者优先

4. 语言能力

英语商务水平 或者 日语商务水平
