Analyst Manager, Product & Platform Deployment

The Role

The Product and Platform Deployment Team is responsible for leading the implementation of Wealthscape and Wealthscape Investor and the associated products and technologies for Clearing and Custody clients. This role involves managing multiple concurrent initiatives to integrate platform solutions into clients technical environments and operational models.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment of platform technologies ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure and alignment with business objectives
• Serve as a consultant and project manager across key workstreams within large-scale onboarding programs
• Collaborate closely with clients to educate them on platform capabilities and guide them in leveraging these tools to enhance their operational workflows

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experiencedemonstrating relevant knowledge and capabilities
• Familiarity with Clearing and/or Custody clients and productsis preferred with an understanding of industry practices and client needs
• Experience in client-facing service roles is required with a demonstrated ability to lead client projects and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
• Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently and take initiative in solving challenges
• Demonstrates agility and adaptability in dynamic environments with a readiness to embrace change and adjust to evolving priorities
• Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the needs of our financial intermediary clients

The Team

The Product and Platform Deployment is part of a larger group Client Conversion Services which falls under the Client Experience division within the Fidelity Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology group. Associates within Client Experience are responsible for the majority of a clients interactions with Fidelity and are therefore primarily responsible for the client experience with the Fidelity brand.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
