The opportunity
As an HVDC Commissioning Coordinator you will be part of the HVDC business at Hitachi Energy in Ludvika this role you will contribute to the successful execution of multinational HVDC projects by coordinating commissioning activities across global sites. You will be involved in planning risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth mobilization and execution of commissioning teams worldwide.

How you will make an impact
- Oversee and monitor the commissioning resource plan for HVDC projects.
- Verify and support commissioning preparation before site activities.
- Identify risks in commissioning execution and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the mobilization and coordination of commissioning teams globally.
- Align commissioning expectations and execution plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in customer meetings and site visits through occasional international travel.
Your background
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or MBA in Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning management or project management of HV stations.
- Proactive mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic project timelines.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken; proficiency in Swedish is a plus
