Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit - $15000 Sign On Bonus
Our Client: Our Client is a full-service healthcare provider that has been serving the Sanford FL area for over 20 years.
The Position: Our Client is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse ICU. The ideal candidate will coordinate and deliver high quality patient-centered care. Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:
- Up to $38.90 (Up to 5 Years of experience)
- Up to $42.44 (10 years of experience)
- Up to $49 (17 years of experience)
- Shift Diff: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 weekends

Job Responsibilities:
- Available Shifts: Days (3 Twelve Hour Shifts) with rotating weekends
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time supplies and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications procedure and treatments providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of recent (within the last year) ICU acute care experience
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
- BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required within 30 days from start
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- ACLS required within 6 months
