We are looking for a Proposal Writer with a passion for helping others and who is eager to take on a variety of projects in a dynamic environment. Proven project management communication skills and technical aptitude are required.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.

In this role you will:
- Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQ) Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for entities across various geographies with a focus on the US and MEX regions including localizing proposal resources.
- Study and understand prospects needs and develop proposal schedules and templates specific to each market.
- Ensure compliance with prospects requirements.
- Effectively handle multiple proposals in a high-performance and fast-paced environment.
- Work with Samsara subject matter experts and account executives to tailor responses to each prospect.
- Use and maintain the RFP knowledge base and ensure content is continuously updated.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the entire RFP process for private evaluators.
- Debrief with sales teams and use feedback to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- On a case-by-case basis collaborate with other functional teams on side projects.
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- English & Spanish fluency (mandatory requirement).
- A Bachelors degree (Technical Writing Business Strategy English Communications Marketing or related disciplines) or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Strong cross-collaboration skills.
- High-level writing skills to author and edit technical content.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience with AI tools.
- Fluency in other languages
