The Site Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and supervision of daily activities for clients ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment development and implementation of individual support plans training and supervision of staff members management of budgets maintenance of safety protocols and coordination with community organisations. The Site Coordinator will also develop and implement policies and procedures for the site conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions coordinate client outings and events and ensure that all participant needs are met.

Essential Criteria:
An ability to carry out the physical requirements of the direct support professional role.

NSW Licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle

Knowledge of disability services and regulations
Attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
Relevant qualifications e.g. Cert IV in Disability.
Appropriate experience.
Experience in a community or charitable organisation.
Understanding of people with a disability.
Experience and ability to work with volunteers and community members.
