- 3 years of professional experience with understanding of App Store business models and related platform features such as games and subscriptions.
- BA/BS degree in Business Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of App Store business critical metrics and their relevance to various apps and the customer lifecycle including top of funnel payer conversion retention and re-engagement / win back.
- Ability to analyze and communicate results clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tracking performance towards specific measurable goals.
- Enthusiasm for smaller developers their needs and their unique business challenges.
- Ability to efficiently manage time developer engagements and developer expectations to ensure program success given targets.
- Can work independently as well as in a team environment.
