We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Miami FL. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This position will support placement activities ensuring proactive and valued assistance within client teams while monitoring key tasks to promote efficient timely compliance with best practices and regulatory commitments. Engaging actively with internal and external stakeholders you will deliver excellent service to clients.
We will count on you to:
Assist with client renewal reviews contract drafting and production of final contract documentation.
Manage full-cycle use of the GC Marketplace e-trading platform from market submission to confirming reinsurer participations.
Support brokers by preparing submissions tracking placement status and liaising with reinsurers on placements and queries.
Maintain core placement files to ensure compliance with best practices regulatory and compliance requirements.
Handle client onboarding respond to information requests and take key responsibility for compliance policies including sanctions AML and ABC.
Collaborate with Broking Support and Service Teams across offices participate in meetings and monitor business metrics.
What you need to have:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Demonstrated flexibility adaptability and a proactive approach to work
