The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative and qualitative research skills exceptional critical thinking abilities and the capacity to interpret complex data. As a Research Analyst you will be responsible for gathering analyzing and presenting data to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research using a wide variety of sources including surveys interviews academic journals and public databases.
Collect interpret and analyze data to identify trends patterns and actionable insights relevant to business objectives.
Develop and administer surveys questionnaires and other data collection instruments.
Prepare comprehensive reports presentations and visualizations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and deliverables.
Monitor industry trends competitor activity and emerging technologies relevant to the organizations sector.
Maintain and update databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Support the development and evaluation of business strategies and initiatives based on research findings.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Economics Statistics Business Social Sciences or a related field.
2 years of experience in a research-based role.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. SPSS SAS R or Python) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience presenting research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$28 - $42 per hour (commensurate with experience education and location).
