Your Role
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat
- Identify analyse and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Deliver excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Working Hours
- 24/7 rotational shifts (8 hours/day)
- 2 days off per week
- On-site position in Lisbon
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 or above)
- Already residing in Portugal with valid work permit or EU citizenship
- Availability for rotational shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and team spirit
