Who You Are
- professionally fluent in English Dutch or German (C1 level)
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Google Suite MS Office and CRM tools
- Team-oriented flexible and proactive
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
