About the Role
Essity Professional Hygiene North America is currently seeking a Facilities and Infrastructure Manager for our manufacturing facility in Harrodsburg KY

What You Will Do
- Is a Role Model for Safety
- Manages to the agreed budgets
- Ensures that buildings are complying with the necessary requirements (legal production safety)
- Ensures that the utilities (gas electricity air water etc.) are complying with the necessary requirements
- Develops TPM concepts for the utilities and conducts maintenance
- Manages department in line with Essity processes and tools
- Coaches and develops capabilities in the department
- Maintains inspection records in accordance with standards and regulatory requirements
- Carries on projects taking care of Capex
- Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within their department
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Minimum five years facility management experience strong preference for experience in a manufacturing operation
- Project Management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Budgeting experience
- Ability to read and modify CAD drawings
