Your Role as a Producing Branch Manager
As aProducing Branch Manager youll lead a high-performing team while personally originating loans. Youll be responsible for:
Driving loan productionthrough strategic sales and business development.
Recruiting training and mentoringtop-tier Loan Officers.
Managing branch financialsto ensure profitability and growth.
Building strong referral relationshipswith real estate professionals builders and community partners.
Developing and executing a branch business planto maximize success.
Providing expert guidanceto borrowers helping them choose the best loan options for their needs.
What You Bring to the Table
5 years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience(including 1 year in a leadership role).
A strong network of referral partnersand a proven ability to drive sales.
Deep knowledge of mortgage products regulatory guidelines underwriting and closing procedures.
Active NMLS license.
A passion for leadership mentorship and delivering outstanding client experiences.
