Regionality is also very important to us. We therefore take great pride in sourcing majority of our ingredients from Leogang and our region making us a true pioneer in sustainable gastronomy.

Your tasks

• Setting up monitoring and cleaning up the breakfast buffet.
• You are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly - from preparation and ordering to cleaning up the breakfast buffet.
• You have an overview of the homemade products we prepare for our guests.
• Preparation of fresh dishes such as requested egg specialties.
• Friendly and respectful interaction with our guests and colleagues.
• Adherence to quality and Hygiene standards.
