As Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Austria you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and managing the entire sales funnel through to successful deal closure. You will position complex solutions through value-based selling demonstrating measurable business impact for clients. Main responsibilities:
Proactively acquire new customers across industries within the Austrian market
Manage and close opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle
Apply value-based selling techniques to position complex solutions with clear customer benefits
Collaborate closely with Marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns
Work in partnership with Consulting Services to tailor solutions to client-specific analytics requirement
Qualifications :
Degree in Business Administration Economics or a comparable field
Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B SaaS software sales
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman Challenger SPIN)
Experience in data-related sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Independent structured and results-driven working style
Team-oriented mindset with high self-motivation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
