- Assist with the installation maintenance and repair of equipment
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues (training provided)
- Work alongside experienced technicians to build hands-on skills
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic mechanical aptitude(comfortable using tools and learning how systems work)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to travel within theregionalarea as needed
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Full training programno prior water or industry experience needed
